My first thorough medical checkup in 29 years of my life! Not something that I'm proud of but I finally did it. I decided to take advantage of the discount at BP Healthcare and reward system all thanks to #AIAVitalityMY. Please excuse my morning face. It was really early and this was taken just before my stress test. I must admit, it was a little nerve wrecking but this is truly something I highly recommend. I probably don't need to tell you that prevention is better than cure and that it's better to be safe than sorry but we could all use a little reminder sometimes. Take it from me cos the ultrasound I did today detected 2 tiny kidney stones and it's good that I found out now before they cause me severe pain and discomfort. So yeah, don't put off your medical checkup! #AIAVitalityMY
